Inside IVF™ Refund & Payment Policy

Effective upon purchase

By enrolling in the Inside IVF™ programme, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of the Programme

Inside IVF™ is a 6-week self-paced digital training programme. Content is released weekly ("dripped access") via a secure online platform. As this is a digital product with immediate intellectual property access, our refund and cancellation policies are strictly enforced to protect the value of the course and the work of our team.

2. Refund Policy for Full-Pay Enrolments

Participants who pay in full at the time of enrolment may request a partial refund during the first three weeks only, under the following conditions:

- You have paid in full (not applicable to payment plans)
- You request the refund in writing by the end of Week 3 (21 days from your enrolment date)
- You have not accessed Module 4 or beyond, and have not downloaded any toolkits, templates, or practitioner scripts
- You confirm in writing that you will not use, copy, retain, or share any materials
All eligible refunds are subject to a €75 administrative fee.

Eligible Refunds:

• Week 1 (days 1-7) refund – 70% refund minus €75 admin fee deduction.
• Week 2 (days 8-15) refund – 50% refund minus €75 admin fee deduction.
• Week 3 (days 15-21) refund – 25% refund minus €75 admin fee deduction.
• Day 22+ - no refund.

Refund requests must be emailed to [email protected] by 11:59pm Dublin/London/Lisbon time on the final day of your eligibility window. No exceptions will be made.

3. Payment Plan Terms (3-Month Plan)

Choosing the 3-month payment plan means you are committing to pay the entire programme fee in full. This is not a monthly subscription or “pay-as-you-go” option.

By selecting the payment plan, you agree to:
- Complete all instalments in full
- Not cancel or pause future payments once the programme begins
- Not initiate chargebacks without cause

If payments are missed, WHN reserves the right to:
- Suspend your course access immediately
- Withhold your certificate
- Refer the outstanding balance to a collections partner (additional fees may apply)

4. Payment Plan Cancellation Policy

There are no cancellations permitted once the programme has begun and content has been accessed.

Goodwill Clause:
As a one-time goodwill gesture, if you are on a payment plan, you may request to withdraw and cancel your future payments if:
- Your request is submitted within the first 12 calendar days of the programme start
- You have not accessed Module 3 or beyond
- You submit your request by emailing [email protected]

Terms:
- Your initial payment will not be refunded
- A €75 administrative fee will be invoiced
- If the €75 fee is not paid within 14 calendar days of programme start, and you have accessed Module 3, your cancellation becomes null and void (unless the delay is ours)
- All programme access will be revoked upon cancellation

5. Chargebacks & Legal Enforcement

Attempting a chargeback without first contacting WHN is a breach of this agreement. In such cases, WHN reserves the right to:
- Provide proof of access and usage to your financial institution
- Permanently revoke your course access
- Recover any legal fees, administrative costs, and damages incurred

6. Reminder: Digital Access & Ownership

Enrolment grants you a single-user, non-transferable licence to access copyrighted WHN materials. Once accessed, these materials cannot be returned or reused by others. We take copyright and licensing seriously to protect the integrity of this programme for all participants.
