We teach you specific coaching methods and capabilities that are required by any coach worth their salt!  On top of our teaching you will need to gain 60+ coaching specific practice hours in order to apply for personal accreditation through IAPC&M. You will gain a minimum amount of these hours via our coach teaching, however the onus is on you to gather the majority of these hours.  Your 60+ coaching hours can take many forms such as:

• Face-to-face coaching
• Group coaching
• Case study brainstorms
• Coach practice and role play

We teach the GROW method of coaching and also have an in-house method that we introduce you to (the N.E.S.T. Method for Fertility Coaching).  

What's exciting also is that as a Fertility Expert Coach-Practitioner you are so much more than a coach!  You are a mentor, an educator, a link between clinic and client, an emotional support AND someone who can help your client produce better eggs, sperm and uterine health... To some clients, you are simply everything.  Everything they need, want and through you - will have.

Within our physiology teachings we go inside the body and down to a cell level.  We seek to understand and learn the 5-pillars of influence on reproductive function and dysfunction and look through the lens of functional medicine to figure out how best to support the physiological functioning of our client.  We seek to find influences such as:

• Microbiome dysregulation. 
• Peripheral Nervous System over-activation.
• Mitochondrial dysfunction, and so much more...

We also explore and hone focus also on the upstream dynamics of psychology, when we ask and aim to answer such questions as:

• What is the emotional turmoil of being told you are infertility or have a fertility challenge? 
• How can I support my client through this?
• How do I help my client make difficult decisions? 

We learn how to coach couples through a psychologically stressful time and how to also support through trauma, grief and loss and show them a way to move forward.

We are also in the privileged position to educate!  Our 'Body Talks Fertility' section teaches you on how to teach your client to listen to what their body is trying to tell them.  This could be the body shouting loudly that hormonal dysregulation is at play, or quietly whispering that the time is right to try for baby as ovulation is pending.  We also remind ourselves and you that sometimes the body doesn't shout at all!  And that we, as fertility professionals need to listen a little closer.

Here you will be introduced to all the tests, assessments, and treatments your fertility client may be engaged with.
